Office hours over the Christmas & New Year period

Over the festive period, the Ferret offices and support Helpline will close at 12:30 on Wednesday 24th December and reopen at 09:00 on Monday 5th January 2015.

We will endeavour to answer any emergency Helpline support voicemail enquiries during the week of 29th December 2014 to 2nd January 2015.

Please Note - Any FintalPPC cases received after 17:00 on Monday 22nd December will not be processed until Monday 5th January 2015.
