Housing Renewal Grant Changes, May 2009 (Wales)
Implementation Date 20th May 2009
The Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2009.
There will be some changes to the Housing Renewal Grants Regulations (Wales), coming into force on May 20th 2009.
In brief the forthcoming Statutory Instruments make the following changes:
- Actual Tax Credit income received will be totally disregarded.
- Certain high levels of compensation payments made to members of the Armed Forces as a result of serious injury will be disregarded as capital.
