April 2010 Benefit Changes and Housing Grants Legislation
Increase of qualifying age for State Pension Credit
The changes to benefits include the incremental increase of the Qualifying Age for State Pension Credit (QASPC).
There are issues regarding calculation of DFGs when the relevant person is over 60 but under the QASPC.
