Benefits Advice in Multimedia - BAMM - is available for public touch screen kiosks and public access PC's. It provides personal details of welfare benefit and tax and State Pension Credits credit entitlement. It can function in a variety of languages, and can contain video help and explanation.

BAMM enables a local authority to provide expert advice to clients and generate printed or electronic claim forms irrespective of the clients language used, and can be available 24 hours a day depending on the site.
