Ferret Forms for Disabled Facility Grants Applications

This product features unlimited copies of customised DFG application forms which can provide for any or all of the following:

1. pdf documents that can be printed and distributed to client for manual completion
2. Electronic form for onscreen completion
3. As above but fully integrated with Ferret’s Renovator Program (options 2 & 3 to be launched in the near future)

Phase 1 of the product is now available

• Supplied as a .pdf document, allowing forms to be printed and issued as and when required
• No limit to number of forms
• Updated and streamlined format to ensure that all the relevant information is collected quickly and concisely, whilst maximising ease of use by the client
• Suite includes two-part DFG application form that allows the “Applicant” and “Disabled Person” questions to be issued separately when required
• Supplementary documents include Preliminary Application Form, and Self-employment Form
• Kept fully up to date with legislative changes
• Forms will be customised to include Organisation logo
• Large Print versions included for use as required
• Question structure in line with the Renovator software
• Charged as an all inclusive annual licence fee of only £99 (+VAT)
