The fintalPPC form will require Acrobat Reader.
If you are running Norton Internet Security with Privacy Control set to "On",
or a similar program, you may experience a problem downloading. This setting
can be changed so that you are prompted before downloading. Please read the Norton
Help and Support files for more details.
Conflict with Adobe Reader 7 and Trigold products
Customers who use a Trigold product may experience problems with the FintalPPC form, such that
they can only open it in a read-only state with Adobe Reader 7.

Users may encounter the following message when trying to print preview any documents:
"Unable to create instance of Acrobat 7 Reader"
One of the solutions is to uninstall all versions of Adobe Reader and
re-install the latest version.
