TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FintalPPC PURCHASE

1. CONTRACT

Ferret Information Systems Ltd terms and conditions for the use of FintalPPC represent the contract between you and Ferret Information Systems Ltd.

2. PRICE

The FintalPPC service is priced at £54.90 exclusive of value added tax.

The price of the Service may be changed by us at any time. However, it will not be changed retrospectively and any change will be clearly posted on this website.

Payment is required in advance of delivery of the report. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to give your credit/debit card details over the Internet, you can place your order and give your payment details over the telephone.

3. SERVICE

Case reports will be processed within a few days of submission. In the event of our needing any further information, reports will be sent to you within the same timescale following receipt of the necessary information.

Services will be delivered by e-mail.

4. CANCELLATION

Cancellation is only possible before processing of a case assessment takes place.

5. REFUNDS

Unless the customer shall, promptly after delivery, notify Ferret Information Systems in writing of any defects found, the product will be deemed to have been accepted on delivery. In the event that Ferret Information Systems is notified of a defect, then Ferret Information Systems will review the circumstances of each claim individually and may, in its absolute discretion, decide to offer the customer a refund.

6. LIMITATION ON OUR SERVICE

We are not responsible for any action you decide to take as a result of receiving our advice or any consequential damages.
