Welfare benefits rules regulations and rates are constantly changing and all our software is fully supported by an updating and Helpline service. Covered by our flat rate annual maintenance contract your Ferret software will be kept up to date on an 'as and when required' basis.

Our Helpline is available to customers during normal office hours (see above). Our consultants can provide assistance on the use of our software as well as help and advice on welfare benefits and grants.
