Whether you are a benefits, or a non-benefits adviser, new or returning to grants or welfare rights, or looking for an updating refresher course, these training seminars will help you give the best advice for your clients.

In-house training can be the preferred solution if you require training for a team of up to 16 staff. Courses can run for 1 or 2 days and be tailored to address issues particular to your organisation.
Topics can be covered in summary or detail and range from Structure of the Benefits System, through Means Tested Benefits, Supported Housing, Work and Benefits, Fairer Charging and Disabled Facility Grant, Tackling Rent Arrears, Sheltered Housing and Appeals.
The experience can provide team-building opportunities and training is supplemented by exercises, case studies and take-home course booklets to enable on-going learning and support.
