Over the festive period, the Ferret offices and support Helpline will close at 12:30 on Wednesday 24th December and reopen at 09:00 on Monday 5th January 2026.

Any FintalPPC cases received after 17:00 on 19th December will not be processed until 5th January.

Emergency Helpline calls should be directed to our Helpline voicemail, and will be responded to on on 29th, 30th and 31st December and January 2nd. Please leave your name, organisation, contact details and a brief description of your support query. Non-urgent messages will be dealt with from 5th January 2026. Please refer to our FAQs HERE before calling.
